In 2010, Neuqua Valley Alumn Evan Lysacek captured a gold metal in the Vancouver for figure skating, but also captured the hearts of Naperville fans. As part of our 2017 series “Pearls of the Past,” we remember how the city welcomed Lysacek back after the Olympic games with a day dedicated in his honor.
