Boys Sports Highlights

Naperville North went 6-3 and in 2017 and then 3-6 in 2018. As their 2019 campaign begins, the Huskies hope they have what it takes to get back to the playoffs. 

The 17th annual McGonagle Memorial tournament is back at NCC as our 6 teams were able to avoid the majority of the days rain and enjoy the 9 hole tournament.

Neuqua Valley and Glenbard West battle for 3rd place in Boys Lacrosse. The Wildcats came up just short against New Trier as they look for revenge against the Hilltoppers who ended their season a year ago. Neuqua Valley is in the State Semi Finals for the 2nd time in program history and the Wildcats are tasked with taking on 12 state champion New Trier.

The sectional semi final features a rematch of last year’s sectional championship game where Neuqua Valley fell to Plainfield North.

Neuqua Valley and Ben Foy are coming off a convincing win over South Elgin in the Sectional Final as they take on Barrington.

Sectional Final game is the same as last year with #8th seeded Hinsdale Central looking to avenge last years three set loss to 2 seeded Neuqua Valley.

Eastern Illinois hosting the Boys State Track & Field Meet again, the 2019 edition features plenty of Naperville area talent and 90 degree temperatures.

Neuqua Valley is back in the regional title game as the 1 seed, facing off against Regional host Hinsdale Central.
